A lot of backyards sit unused because they just don't have a clear purpose. No defined spaces, nothing inviting - just dead grass or bare dirt. That's exactly the kind of problem this project was built to solve.

We came in and laid out a full paver patio with a built-in raised fire pit structure as the anchor. The pavers create a solid, functional base that ties the whole space together. It's the kind of hardscape work that makes a backyard feel intentional - like it was designed for real use, not just as an afterthought.

The decomposed granite ground cover fills in the surrounding area cleanly. It manages drainage, cuts down on weeds over time, and gives the yard a finished, low-maintenance look without needing constant upkeep. The stainless steel bending board keeps those DG borders sharp and defined - no creeping, no mixing, just clean lines between surfaces.

This is the kind of patio and hardscape work we enjoy most. Everything has a job to do. The pavers handle the gathering space. The fire pit gives people a reason to stay outside. The DG fills the rest without making more maintenance work for the homeowner. It all fits together.

Whether you're dealing with a muddy backyard you never use or just a space that needs some structure, a well-planned hardscape layout can completely change how you interact with your outdoor space. That's what good patio and walkway services are supposed to do.
